I think OP is advocating for a market where consumer gets to choose their towing truck evil. I don’t think Uber would have ever been a thing if they played Fair. The taxi industry is full of mafias. They had to get at their level. Uber is a classic example of “grow at all costs” Silicon Valley culture. I don’t endorse it, but I acknowledge why it is the way it is.
