The entire story of how it was acquired was either fabricated or setup. 3. The materials that attempt to tie the scandal to Joe Biden are the ones that need authentication to be interesting. 4. Without authentication it could be an attempt to use the personally scandalous materials of Hunter Biden to create an air of authenticity for the other items.
