They already claim that drivers must pay attention to the road in order to prevent accidents and this has been the status-quo in the automotive world for a century or so. Selling products that can kill if misused is not remarkable. This could turn ugly if it's shown that enabling self-driving results in much more accidents but there is no data to support this.
