Evolving pg_cron together: Postgres 13, audit log, background workers, job names
- clairegiordano 6y agoSo pg_cron is a useful job scheduler and it's true that so many Postgres people use it & appreciate it... But the part I like best about this new 1.3 version of pg_cron is the bit about the open source collaboration between Microsoft and the RDS team and Zalando. This is how open source should be done.
- samaysharma 6y agoNice! Having job names and an audit log for job runs are both very useful features and go a long way in allowing people to monitor Postgres cron jobs more easily.
