Per the figures, it looks like 16 hours had the largest effect, even larger than 24 hour fasts. But this is mouse data and should all be taken with a huge grain of salt.

- voisin 6y agoOff topic: I understand “taken with a grain of salt” is meant to express diminishment of the idea it is being associated with. By saying “huge grain of salt” which is very common, doesn’t that defeat the purpose?
