I launched an ecomm store (https://berch.io/ https://berch.io/) on a whim earlier this year. Haven't had much time to spend on it, but thinking about spending a few hours before the holidays. Are you charging enough? I'd imagine you're doing at least a small amount of work on each custom order. If you're spending anything on ads, I'd think each order is in the red.
