Sync&Backup for Windows(Desktop),Linux(Desktop) and Linux Server

I am looking for something for sync accros multiple platforms: - encryption - bidirectional sync - Win10,Linux Desktop & Linux server client - backups I need to share these files(uncommited code) between Linux(at work), Win(at home), Linux Server(online vscode server). Any ideas?

syncthing is a good bet...

  +1 for synching. Resilio sync is also good, but not free any more (win server needs a business license). They do have an encrypted option though (you can use a server somewhere else that has your data, but very encrypted, and only the clients with that key can read...)

    I run borg on top of one of the copies for backup of the synced dir...
