We do ask the federal/national government how cities and rural areas should be organized in a broad sense, which is really what’s going on with grey wolves in Wisconsin. More to the point: rural and urban citizens have the exact same interest in protecting endangered species.
Making this a city-slickers vs country-bumpkins debate is just an exercise in resentment politics that obscures the actual debate.
- spiderfarmer 6y agoI agree. But somehow city people have lot of opinions about farmers, what they should do, how they should think, how they should live their life. And I never see it the other way around.
- hashtagmarkup 6y agoSomehow my next door neighbor never illegally dumped 15,000,000 tons of pig shit, contaminating my drinking water for the next generation.
- spiderfarmer 6y agoSorry that happened to you. In my village someone from the city dumped 3 truckloads of toxic waste from an XTC lab. One barrel contained a body.
- hashtagmarkup 6y agoSo now you have opinions about how someone in a barrel should live their life?
- spiderfarmer 6y agoNo it’s just stupid to use the behavior of criminals to explain why you’re allowed to say farmers should buy and use sheepdogs to protect their sheep. City people seem to think farmers are working for them.
- hashtagmarkup 6y agoYou're right. Using facts to explain things flies in the face of God. Those farmers are obviously going to eat all that corn themselves.
- spiderfarmer 6y agoThis is not how you win a discussion. Next time, try valid arguments.
- hashtagmarkup 6y agoThere is no winner in any argument with people like you. You're fundamentally broken.
