I follow your [1] link, and it doesn't work for me. It tells me to sign in to admin.google.com, but that says: "admin.google.com is used for G Suite accounts only. Regular Gmail accounts cannot be used to sign in to admin.google.com." Is there a way to use Internet Printing Protocol without being a G Suite account? EDIT: Okay, I see that maybe I can do it myself. Looking up the IPP/IPPS instructions from my printer (Canon TS9120).
