Other people in this thread will be upset because hn loves to get mad whenever Google shuts down anything even if they don't use it.
- bryanrasmussen 6y agoit sounds like most of the responses of people upset are because they use it.
- thesuperbigfrog 6y agoI actually used Google Cloud Print, Google Play Music, Inbox, and Reader. It is annoying to use a service and spend time and effort getting everything setup on it (e.g. setting up computers and printers, importing music, etc.) to have the rug pulled out from under you without a replacement or explanation. I value stability and long-term solutions so I don't have to continually "fix" things that were previously working fine. Each time Google shuts down something that I use, it impacts me and I have to change things. If they force me to change things, then I might as well look into alternative non-Google solutions that have better stability and longer lifespans.
