The reason for the demeaning language about the kids doing the censorship is done intentionally to shine a light on the absolute total absurdity that THEY are the ones who currently have the power to censor the President of the United States. It's mind boggling that society evolved into this scenario.

Some people take demeaning or emotionally charged language as a signal to pay attention. For me, it's a signal to take the rest of the speech with a big grain of salt.
