That's surprising to hear. What do you use for this purpose then?
- otabdeveloper4 6y agoJira is a communication and documentation platform. You can bolt on some agile project management stuff (Kanban boards and whatnot), but that stuff always seems like a fifth wheel for Jira.
- krick 6y agoThat doesn't answer the question. And, just for the record, "Kanban boards and whatnot" is exactly how we use Jira.
- mrweasel 6y agoCRM, service desk, CMDB, trouble ticket, tickets in general, we just don’t use it to manage project. We have tried things like the Kanban board, but it’s not all that good. Our PM find it easier to keep the tasks in Jira, but do the planning i MS Project
