How many people are killed by drunk drivers every year? And how many more are killed by people that fall asleep at the wheel? Perhaps a better driver monitoring system is needed. But don't you think the FSD beta is a major advance? Often times the most rapid advances come from engineers getting their hands on real-world data. Shouldn't we also look at how many lives can be saved if we get this going faster?
