I like this type of articles, but also felt pretty frustrated. Programmers are not supposed to be an expert in this type of details, neither do most other people in a company. The real problem is that how do we encode this knowledge in an easily reusable way? (In the same way they programmers do not have to know x86 ISA to write useful applications)
