Interested to hear how people are using this product? I've tried experimenting with building frontend apps in a way where it's easy to see what users are doing in the past to help with research.
- yunyu 6y agoPeople tend to use it either for support or training. For support, it's more actively taking control of the other person's screen and performing the task for them. In the training use case, they tend to point things out and let users navigate the app themselves!
