KeepassXC on desktop Linux + KeepassDX on Android, database synced using Syncthing. Reasons: Just works, (almost) never has to rely on clipboard, no browser add-on needed, doesn't rely on Android's autofill system (which is buggy, at least on my old phone), is an established open-source standard that I can continue to use for years without fear of a "service" closing up shop and disappearing off the face of the earth.
