I live in Oregon, we don't get quite as much overcast as you, but we get a bunch. You still get Vitamin D from being outside on an overcast day, just have to be outside a little more. I can believe it. Two years ago we had measurable rain every single day from December until May. I still managed to get outside and ride my bike nearly 4-5 days a week.
