Yeah, I totally understand that the paper must be very hard to catch for someone without a minimal background on formal languages. However, the author said that it is uninteligible, implying that nobody can understand it, and then supports this idea by elevating the guy who actually understood and implemented it in his spare time to a wizard status. Discrediting someone's work that much is plain wrong as I see it, even more if you are using it to claim "100x speedups" in your project.
