Nothing sketchy here at all. You seem to think that Amazon has reasonable processes for dealing with people? No, it's Kafka. The complaints from a few people are easy: "I didn't like this, looks suspicious" is a very easy thing for a few customers to do. Then the complaint and it's done. These kinds of things can even happen in the regular court systems. I don't know who's right and who's wrong but his claims are within reason.
