It is true that the National-Socialism was more race based than class based but the Soviets had a significant racial element too, both with respect to the Jews and with respect to Roma and Slavic peoples. Likewise, much of what you mentioned could also be said of the Soviets especially under Stalin. Labor rights were crushed in the interest of the state. Likewise with nominally state owned enterprises that were all but controlled by the political class who are now the barons of Russia. Sure you could argue that "it's not true socialism" but what is and why hasn't anyone been able to do it at any appreciable scale?
