How to Remove Gender Bias from Early UX Design Phases
- jelliclesfarm 6y agoI am sorry but how is creating ‘inclusive UX’ going to help a selling strategy? When there are no polarities, there are no markets. This is basically a killer of sales and markets. Is this a roadmap for how NOT to have a thriving marketing strategy? I STRUGGLE every day at work because everything from the tractor to my tools to my work gloves to boots are NOT designed for my gender. Now..that isn’t inclusive.
- jelliclesfarm 6y agoOk. Someone read my comment and explained to me why this is a first step to in creating training models for AI/ML. I remain unconvinced. I don’t think gender differentiation is a bad idea. And doesn’t always translate to bias. Products I encounter everyday with its lack of gender differentiation is biased against me. As a farmer, it paralyses me and I cannot do my job.
