After Going All-In on Amazon, a Merchant Says He Lost Everything
- tannedNerd 6y agoIt seems like most of this is caused by forced arbitration. I’m curious if making forced arbitration illegal it would resolve a lot of the big guy picking on the little guy issues we see with google, amazon, apple etc. If they actually had to go in front of neutral judge instead a biased arbiter things might not feel so unfair and stacked when it comes to an app developer facing off against apple or a merchant against amazon.
