I think the study just looked at 25 cities, which means many cities are not included. Bangkok is also having a huge housing bubble, many believe. Same is likely true for Pattaya & Phuket. Too many empty condos. Not enough buyers. Prices could see huge drops in the near future (and are dropping already).
