Check the email address and make sure it's actually from ledger.com (NOT with switched "g" and "d", e.g. legder.com).
From looking on Ledger's officially Twitter account, it seems like a number of folks have been receiving these lately and they're 100% phishing scams (see https://twitter.com/Ledger/status/1318294484208279556 https://twitter.com/Ledger/status/1318294484208279556).
