The links are on the level of the xkcd p-value comic. Fact is, in biology and medicine things like this are hyped up and refuted two decades later, only to be re-refuted 4 decades later.
Best example are the nutrition fads.
- rorykoehler 6y agoThis isn’t a fad though. Nor is nutrition. They’re operating on a different plane than fads which are overly prescriptive and don’t account for differences in and changing environments.
