Yes if that 15% is the maximum deduction, sounds good. I was afraid they so like -50% if you live in another country with lower COL.

- GauntletWizard 6y agoApparently it goes up to 25%... I'm not a fan, even at 15 (I know my worth, and even though I live in a high COL city, they're not willing to pay nearly enough)
