QuickJS starts and runs a local js program much faster than NodeJS. That's why I use QuickJS to run local JavaScript files in my servers.
- afiori 6y agoDeno allows to directly run typescript program and they discovered that there is no way to run the typescript compiler with low latency as V8 start-up times were always huge. (I now wonder if a typescript daemon in the background could be a solution...)
