While the Poor Get Sick, Bill Gates Just Gets Richer
- Proven 6y agoGates isn't getting richer because the poor are getting sicker - on the contrary. Socialist bait.
- sacks2k 6y agoBack in the 90s, Bill gates was enemy #1 in the tech community (You can see examples of this in old Slashdot articles). He realized after he retired from Microsoft that as long as you align yourself with the Democratic party and say you are helping the world through one of their supported causes, you can get away with murder. Gates hasn't changed, the Media's coverage of him has. This does bring up another interesting side effect. Since the US media is so heavily biased toward the left and pretty much ignore any Democrat scandal (cough Hunter Biden cough), any non-democrat will be heavily investigated and the ones that aren't cancelled are most likely honest. It's almost like a filter for the people that should be in power. If the media was less biased, I would include Democrats as well.
