I’d lurk and read old discussions for a while before posting for sure. I think that though they do lean heavily towards the theoretical side, they do discuss pragmatic aspects as well. I’ve only ever lurked there though, and haven’t even done that in the past few years. Things may have changed beyond just the decrease in traffic that I have noticed.
