I don't think facebook has ever launched a patent infringement lawsuit, except as a countersuit.
- hashtagmarkup 6y agoThey sued German company StudiVZ (in US & German courts) for using a similar interface, but swapping the blue color scheme for red. I know Intellectual Property and Copyright lawsuits aren't the same as Patent lawsuits, but when you're arguing about human interfaces they might as well be.
