- smt88 6y agoWhy would anyone put stock in a prediction made by an industry that is deeply biased about the issue and known for lying ruthlessly about their own internal predictions? They knew they'd cause catastrophic climate change many decades ago and took out ads saying the opposite. Statements by any industry group are generally worthless PR, but this group should be considered blackballed from public discourse about economics or climate.
