We’ve reached a sad state where any criticism of a non-white country or government is regarded as “racist” or “xenophobic.” Sadly if there were any Chinese team members that heard you and took offense, you could have been reported as saying racist things in the workplace. This is what is silencing people and politicians from speaking the truth on China and other oppressive governments.
