- shrikant 6y agoOther than Stripe, I hadn't heard of any of these startups. Which is fair enough I suppose, as I don't really spend too much time on the likes of Quora and ProductHunt. > Pipe was founded by the same team who built, scaled, and sold Skurt to Fair. To me, this line might as well be straight out of Silicon Valley (the show).
- telesilla 6y agoI cannot get my head around Pipe, perhaps you need to have a finance background for it to make sense.
- jtsiskin 6y agoIt’s always interesting to see how many startups there are which predominantly cater to other startups. Given that most startups fail, it’s likely a significant portion of their revenue is essentially coming from VCs. VCs funding startups to capture a portion of other VCs money. It’s amusing to think about how much is just shifting around between firms
