This came up recently on HN regarding Facebook taking legal action against two Chrome extensions. (https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=24661891 https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=24661891)
Scraping appears to violate the ToS. Tortious interference was brought up in the comments but I'm not convinced it applies.
Regardless of whether the scraping itself is legal, redistributing the content to a third party is likely to violate copyright in many cases.
The entire situation seems overly complicated.
