- zucker42 6y agoThe fact that Chinese businesses aren't bound by the Western intellectual property regime is one of their greatest long-term competitive advantages. It remains to be seen whether the Chinese government will revert to intellectual protectionism once they reach technological parity with the West though.
- kzrdude 6y agoThey don't have a great justice system to start with, so the situation for their citizens is not great
