- freeone3000 6y agoThis is a proper DMCA claim, not YouTube garbage, so the process goes claim->counterclaim->lawsuit.

- hilbert42 6y agoThe DMCA only applies to the USA. In my opinion it'll only take days if not hours for the files to appear on a website in Eastern Europe, somewhere that the RIAA can't get at. If that happens, the difference is that these are public domain non-copyrghted materials -- not the copyrighted videos, thus stopping access to the files will be more problematic.
