One thing I'd like to point out: The tower in Piza was leaning, and gonna collapse. Then an architect devised a way to fix it. They of course said "hell no" because literally the only thing going on in Piza is the tower. To fix/destroy it would destroy the entire economy in Piza. So instead they chose to lift/stabilize it.
