Support for ||= and ??= is very exciting!

  Gee really? I feel like this is just another set of symbols I will have to mentally parse and remember what they mean. Sometimes too much shorthand is a thing.

    On the other hand, the syntax for _operation_ assignment operators are pretty well standardized though. Perform operation and save value. I'd argue every operation should have already had it's respective assignment operator to be more consistent.
