- flobosg 6y agoThat is true, but B-factors are mostly shown in a ribbon, cartoon, or "putty" (e.g. https://www.researchgate.net/figure/B-factor-diagram-of-protomeric-OmpU-represented-by-the-B-factor-putty-program-in-PyMOL_fig2_322190994 https://www.researchgate.net/figure/B-factor-diagram-of-prot...) representation, not as ball-and-sticks.
