The crazy thing, and I'm not sure if it's a generational item, but I know people who go effing NUTS to see one of these weinermobiles in person!
- ReactiveJelly 6y agoI live in a small town where stuff just doesn't happen. So the way the marketing works is, I saw it on TV and I assumed there was just one. So when one is in town it's like "Wow, that thing from the TV is here! That never happens to us!" And I'm guessing that's the whole point - Make people feel special. It's less fun now that I'm vegan. Selling meat to children is dystopian. It's like if an oil company had a talking barrel mascot.
- milkytron 6y agoI like to think of myself as a car enthusiast, despite not owning one (sold it before covid). Whenever I see any rare, odd, old, or just plain weird car, I get really excited. I'd love to see one of these on the road, but I don't think I'd go out of my way.
