The tragedy of people, used as an excuse, will be even bigger if the planers will use such tool (deployed to watch for people, maybe in masks, talking quietly), as an prosthesis (and probably as an excuse too) to their disability to learn their job, the virus and that's waste of founds but not their case - which is: the virus is airborne (what shall be considered since the beginning until disproved), not visible on the cameras so far, only one person may be recorded when the transmission happen - the other one may be in distance AFAIK up to 3km and hours of time away in the extreme conditions (wind, low humidity/temperature maybe frozen). For me it compromises all the people signing it as a success.
