I chose to live across the street from the office. Saw it as a way to force work out of my home. If I needed to work, I'd walk over to the office. Obviously not something a lot of people get to do, but it was nice while it lasted! Wasn't so much of a hard choice as apartment costs are pretty much a constant around where I live.
