Consent of the governed is not the same as consent of the criminal element.
- watwut 6y agoOr seems like non-criminals in areas with a lot of police activity disprove their behavior. Which is issue.
- klyrs 6y agoWeird thing how the US was once a penal colony, isn't it? Defining "the criminal element" is always a relative matter, and varies over time. The very people who coined that phrase were considered criminals by the government whose rule they contested.
