I'd never hire such a person to work for me. Nobody needs a job hopper who only rely on an employer to invest in her to just then hop to another job. Professional growth is achieved by being useful and proactive at a job one has. Not by constantly switching jobs. Every time an employee switch job there are a long way to get to a level of quality career growth in a new company. Nobody is going to promote a newcomer. Looks like the author is just a passive noninnovative who quit job right by the time when it's time to show resourcefulness and value. The best way to kill own career. Really, if this person can't be useful and innovative at a job she has, and can't improve own skills unless somebody else do it for her, she won't be a good worker anywhere.
