Can you trust them to not put in unconstitutional bullshit requirements? Forget demanding 24-7 access to them they would probably have fundies putting in filters on "immoral" content knowing it would get struck down by the "godless courts". I don't want tech regulation because I don't want to be ruled over by complete fucking idiots on subjects they don't understand.
