A "loaded to the gills" gas pickup is the same price range as this electric Hummer. Pickups are very expensive.
- mikeyouse 6y agoYeah, I don't think people outside of very specific areas realize how easy it is to "option up" trucks to $80/$90k. There are hundreds of GMC 3500 Denalis going for >$80k on Autotrader: https://www.autotrader.com/cars-for-sale/all-cars/gmc/sierra-3500/santa-rosa-ca-95401?dma=&searchRadius=0&location=&marketExtension=include&isNewSearch=false&showAccelerateBanner=false&sortBy=derivedpriceDESC&numRecords=25&firstRecord=25 https://www.autotrader.com/cars-for-sale/all-cars/gmc/sierra... And that's before you get to the really bougie stuff -- some Ford F350s start at $85k and there's a handful of MSRP >$100k: https://shop.ford.com/build/superduty/#/config/Config%5B%7CFord%7CSuperDuty%7C2020%7C1%7C1.%7C718A.W3B.160....LTD.CRW.YZKAA.SRW.350.CBB.%5D https://shop.ford.com/build/superduty/#/config/Config%5B%7CF...
- ogre_codes 6y agoWell yes, but when you start talking about $100k pick-ups, you are looking at very small sales numbers regardless.
