This is a prevalent notion in the west. I’m sure there is some truth to it. In the long run, it seems like a great way to underestimate an opponent.
- fit2rule 6y agoThere is no truth to it, because to weapons manufacturers and engineers, the division between "West" and "East" is facile, and a fallacy. In fact, tech wants to be free to all humans. We are its host.
- Chris2048 6y agoIf it's a prevalent notion, wouldn't the military take it seriously too and take precautions?
