I'm trying to lay the groundwork for moving to Estonia in a couple years, and getting a fully-remote job is a primary requisite for that.
I'm thrilled that remote-friendly is starting to become mainstream. I wish it had happened under other circumstances, though.
- falseAss 6y agoAFAIK most companies's WFH policy is currently limited within US. Cross border remote worker need much stricter approval with possibly compensation adjustment & tax implications.
