That is like saying that Bubblesort is efficent because it is more efficient than https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bogosort https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bogosort :-) Unless you come up with an upper bound of efficiency loss your statement is IMHO pretty meaningless.
