My problems with hiring: 1. Resume forms. Just accept a resume. I don't have time to fill out your form that requires exact months. 2. Not hearing back. Its not hard to send a response. The ones I really hate are "we get so many responses so we'll only contact you if we like you!" come one 3. Bad recruiters. The ones who just email and call about being an automotive technician when I'm an infrastructure engineer.
